Between 1 and 8 days, depending on the destination country, after placing the order and paying for it.
RETURNS
Can I return the order?
You can return the products within the first 7 days after you receive them.
The products must not have been handled or used and must be in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging. We will refund you once received in our laboratory, through the same means of payment you use to pay for the order, less shipping costs. The shipping costs, derived from the return, will be at your expense.
You can use the same box and wrapping paper to protect them during the journey.

What if the product has arrived broken or defective?
Although we control the quality and prepare each shipment manually, with an ecological protective packaging, in case there is any problem, write to the email info@dermanima.com when you have received the package, and we will solve it as quickly as possible.
After verifying the problem, we will make a new shipment with the defective products and at no cost to you.
